Objective of the symposium : |
| |
The "Nakhodka" incident in January this year was serious and uncommon.
We think many people who responded to this incident should gather, to review the experience, making the most of their clear memory over the matter and introduce them each other to pool their experiences in order to create a common. recognition of the lessons we can draw from this incident. To do this, we are sure that it will provide a basis to further the ability of the oil spill response in Japan including the "PAJ Major Oil Spill Response Programme".
Also experiences from abroad will be considerably helpful to solve the problems effectively here in Japan.
